Management isn't great. I lived there for 3 years and when I first moved in the door handle to the patio door was missing, they never replaced it. Had a leak coming from the room above my bathroom and once it stopped leaking the superintendent never bothered to have someone come look at it. Constant problem with ants coming in from outside, the occasional tweaker moving in and causing disruptions at night. Only benefit was cheap rent when I moved there but the rent price has went up 300 in just 4 years. Not worth the new prices at all
