We have a baby grand piano which hasn’t been tuned in over 5 years. I searched on Google for someone in Windsor/ Lakeshore area as we used to have a technician from London. Benny Riggi just tuned 2 of our family pianos, mine and my mother's. We are both of us completely satisfied, and very happy with his work! Benny is obviously very skilled and experienced at his craft, but we also appreciate his promptness, kind and professional demeanour, and his generosity and enthusiasm as he showed our niece the workings of the piano.
