There is no information on their website about their services being restricted to commercial only and not residential. So I called to inquire, and got a rude response that I have got the wrong number because they don’t have residential services! I understand, they can decide whom to have business with (commercial/residential), but mention it on your website first and then yell at people if they called you!

I met Mr Zack the owner of Recycling Makes Cents for a business opportunity and I appreciated his behaviour and his service

Brang in documents to be shredded charged 5 dollars no receipt given. Concerned about identity theft checked there website turns out there is supposed to be a receipt and confirmation of shredding of documents. Called to address my concerns was told next time there will be a receipt but confirmation of shredding documents cost 50 dollars which is not mentioned on thier website.Very sketchy.
