The car wash doesn't dispense the tri-foam soap half the time I've been there. Informed cashier yesterday and was told \that's just how it works\. Reminded her that I paid for the SuperWorks wash, not the Basic. After putting up a bit of a fight, she rolled her eyes and took down my contact information to call me later. Of course, they have not called me back.

The Gas station itself is great, however, the customer service is horrible. Last week went there to vaccum the car, paid for the prepay service and found out the vaccum was not working to its full potential. As you cannot stop the machine once its started, I went inside to inform the guy, who claimed himself as the SO CALLED MANAGER, said not my problem call the number printed on the machine! LOL ridiculous answer I must say, he is the manager of the gas station and he cannot take care of something that is his responsibility!
