She delivered my daughter. She is an angel and saved my babies life. The midwives of Windsor which I originally sought treatment from did not know what she was doing and I had to rush to the hospital. Dr. Patel was on call. She showed up and I was already in labour for 12 hours. She knew exactly what to do, she was an angel. So confident. She was only there for 10 minutes and out my daughter came. She truly is gifted!

Yesterday was my first visit with this doctor.i was so pleasantly surprised. She was so thorough, she didnt rush .she was very kind and pleasant unlike alot of doctors. I'm glad to have found her and have high hopes she will be the one to actually find out what's wrong with me instead of throwing me a script and sending me on my way like most docs .
Wasn’t my obgyn however she delivered my daughter. She was an ANGEL - especially after dealing with Leung (who’s absolutely horrible)! I hope she delivers all my babies! After reading some reviews I think it should also be mentioned that when I went into labour my obgyn wasn’t working so I was assigned a doctor in the hospital. As all are. There were 3-4 doctors in delivery at all times. I saw 3 different obgyns in labour that were not my own. The insinuation a hospital would allow a child to die waiting on YOUR obgyn is really not a realistic story. It’s very sad and a terrible loss but If Patel was on call but not in the hospital there absolutely would have been other doctors available. Brkovich was my obgyn and I didn’t see her at all during delivery.
She was nice through the entire pregnancy but once I needed to get on birth control she lied to me. I asked her if the patch would effect my breast milk at all and she said no. Then I read the description for the patch and it said to never use the patch while breastfeeding. It can cause breast enlargement and jaundice in the baby. It can also halt breast milk production. So I had to stop using the patch and now I'm stuck with having a period that i wouldn't have had if i hadnt started using the patch. My baby is four months old and I'm exhausted beyond belief from this period. She wasn't even my doctor for the birth. Never going to her again.
Wonderful woman, she took care of my two pregnancy and always found her to be calming. She's very caring and always reassuring no matter how small or silly a concern or question might feel she always took the time to answer.
