They have some nice prepared meals. Easier experience than most grocery stores these days. A little pricey sometimes. Self check-out takes cash!!!

Best metro I've ever been to. They have a nice beer and wine selection too!
Very clean and well organized. Cashier's could be a little friendlier though.
The worst Metro I've seen in Canada. The cashiers are very rude and unprofessional -- I guess not all of them, but I've had unpleasant experiences several times. I approached the manager a couple times in the past who has been nice to listen to us; but I've not seen any improvement. Sometimes I'd rather drive all the way to the one on Central Ave or East end, just because of this. Hope they improve since it's the one closest to us, unfortunately.
Always have my coffee choice in stock. Good cakes as well and decent pizza
