Excellent and professional service. We engaged Maid in Windsor for post move-out cleaning. Michael was very responsive and patient to walk through their services in order to accommodate our situation, and we were very happy with Brenda's cleaning.

I had a wonderful experience. They are on time and very efficient and did an absolute wonderful job of cleaning my apartment.
In regards to the positives, I was very pleased with the employees and their work ethic. However, management is very unorganized. I did not receive an expected appointment time for our biweekly services. So, I was charged when an employee showed up unexpectedly and I was not at home. I did try to dispute the charge and maintain their services but they declined to work with me. Be wary if hiring.
