Professional and accommodating with our 14 months old baby. Staff were friendly and tried to make it fun for our baby as he was crying.

It took only 10 minutes to get 6 passport photo, they charged approx. 40 for 6 copies.

Passport office SHOULD open at the SAME time as the passport office upstairs. Or at least by the time it indicates on the website for their hours. I’m now late for work due to this inconvenience. It is not opening until 9am. It is 8:57am and STILL no one to open this businesses doors. Very poor reliability for the hours of operation for this business. Period.
