After 6 hours of waiting at the border they didn’t clear my load!!! I went to the office in Windsor and as soon as I entered lady working there asked me with attitude “what are you doing here”. This company is the worst in the market. We cross the border daily and 90% of time we end up waiting for hours.... it seems they take work more they can handle.... and noone cares about drivers waiting for hours at the border!!! I would never recommend this company for business!

When Livingston absorbed Dell Will, they were great, and they still have a few great employees on both sides of the border, though the company policies leave a bit to be desired.

I wish there is no star to choose. Very very very worst service. I wish I can complaint some where about this horrible service. How bad service they are giving. Actually problem is that customer give the money to them for service. So they don’t care about trucking companies,drivers.They find the lazy persons in Ontario then they hire them.

there must be NO Star for them when ever we have to clear shipment through never ever got cleared on time always end up waiting at border for 3-4 hours even after sending paper 4 -5 hr before reaching. On phone always told we are working on it lied as always... long hold times irresponsible teams working always...
