Always a fantastic experience. Not only do they have a fabulous walk in humidor with a huge selection, the service is top notch. Jay and Ray both are always willing to help and answer any questions with regards to new cigars coming out or box dates and strength of cigars currently. They also carry a wide range of pipes, pipe tobacco, lighters and all elements of the cigar and or pipe smoking experience/hobby. Great service, great selection. Best cigar shop in Windsor hands down.

Wow just wow, this store screamed class from the moment I walked in. A wonderful selection of cuban cigars, in a very well organized walk in humidor. A very solid experience with the staff (not sure of the person's name - sorry), very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me pick out my first Cuban cigar purchase. It was an educational experience and I will be back to purchase again in the future. Thank you for a great time.
