Knowledgeable staff that will help you get the proper product and fit. Needed an elastic leg brace and they made sure they recommended the right one and the fit was correct. Yes they are pricey but experience costs money I guess.

We are living in some very different times currently and Rob made sure i got my Home Ice Therapy within 12 hours of receiving the script from doctor. Everything was great at first. Things seemed to be going fine. Waiting for my order was however another ordeal. Not sure if it was the company they order from. None the less it took longer then I was told. Had to call to see what was up with my order. Lady I worked with was not as nice as she was the day we went threw items. Didn't even say a word when I came in to pick up a part order. As one of the two items are on back order? Not sure what happened but guess there could always be room for improvement.
