Even during COVID, they have made it lot easier to give the best.. the owner is the most sweetest person i have ever seen.

Good prices, good refill system, lady at the counter was very nice... but all I needed was to print some stuff at home, and I couldn't do that. I went in 15 minutes to close and was in and out. The cartridge was a dud (yes, my printer works just fine), so I went back 5 minutes to close, got a replacement and, again, was in and out. After I got home, I found out the replacement had already been opened and used before. My guess is someone brought that one back too because it also didn't work, only this time they were closed. I expected a lot more from a 5-star place called the INK shop. 1-star because I had to go back and forth twice and still can't print, so I guess my next stop is the library.

Excellent service and good price!!!! The ink shop service has accompnied me during my university period. The owners (both the lady and the old gentleman) are very nice and generous to students. I still remember that the old gentleman always treated students who successfully completed their thesis/dissertation for a free ice cream.
