I stopped by Humidor 1 on Ouellette Avenue on Saturday and it was a great experience, as always. The selection is extensive and the service and guidance provided is always five star. I'm not a seasoned cigar aficionado and the owner (Fozzy) has always taken time to educate me and help me make appropriate selections based on our conversation. From the first time I visited Humidor 1 to the latest visit, I've never felt rushed or pressured to purchase and it's been a great experience each time. It's nice to see there's store owners who actually remember a customer, no matter he time between visits. Keep up the great service.

Exceptional service here, owner is thoroughly knowledgeable and accommodating. Got a nice bullet cut, torch and ashtray for a smooth Upmann right on the couches in front. He even brought me a cold bottle of water on a hot summer day - incredible! Highly recommend....

Great atmosphere! I visited Windsor, my home town, and stopped in here. The owner takes care of his walk in humidor, knows his product, very helpful. Fantastic selection, I got a couple H.Upmann half coronas, perfect for quality, quick, smoking outside in winter. A must stop for cigar lovers!
