This was my first vehicle purchase on the other side of the desk so to speak. I have worked in dealership accounting most of my career so I was a bit nervous about being on the \outside\ for this purchase. The staff at Windsor Honda definitely put that worry behind me. Pree greeted us warmly at the door, offered us water and brought us gifts upon the signing of our deal, Cole answered our questions while we waited for John and got the car I was interested in test driving sanitized and ready. John was so low key and non pressuring and made writing up the deal so quick and easy. Sammy greeted us by name when we returned to see Mary Ann who was so friendly and efficient in the finance office. Today we returned to pick the car up. Every staff member we had dealt with took a moment to greet and chat with us and Cole was simply fantastic with us during the delivery. Everything was organized and ready, he answered all my questions and even set my phone up in the car for me! I love my new car and Windsor Honda for making this such an enjoyable buying experience. I 100% recommend them if you're in the market for a car.

He was able to get me the colour I wanted within few days. Meghan was very helpful and thorough with explaining everything related to financing. Was in the market for a new vehicle from Windsor Honda, heard good things about the cars since my brother owned a couple of Honda's before. My family only dealt with GM cars since my Dad had employment in the Windsor plant. Got a hold of Nancy online and she scheduled me a appointment pretty quickly. Quick concise is what I wanted, had a good meeting with Meaghan Sider and Cole Robbins and had my finances done up in no time...high recommendations for good overall service.
