My family and I love Hammoudi’s. From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so welcoming and we have always been greeted with a warm smile. The staff is very professional and everything in the restaurant is spotless. The management takes great pride in its excellent quality food and customer service. We have always had such an amazing experience. They are very generous with their portions and food always tastes heavenly! It is our go to when we want a great fast dining experience. Would highly recommend to everyone! You won’t be disappointed.

Shawarma and Falafel is actually good. Don’t get me wrong. Been here more than 50 times at least! But service from the staff is just hit or miss. I don’t like turnips, pickle and tomatoes on my shawarma, so I will always ask for more onions instead. But this guy, he was like “there’s a limit!” And I get it, but there’s a way of saying it. You can’t just insult a customer. Whereas the same guy was biased towards another lady that he knew somehow and loaded it up for her. All in all, it was a good lesson for me! Never going back to a place where I am being insulted.
I love this place and have been going here long before this pandemic. I’ll STILL continue to eat here and I was hesitant on writing this review, but this needs to be said. The system that’s being used to prepare food is unorganized, often leading to mistakes. I’ve had my order messed up several times after waiting an extending period of time. The workers always apologized and I truly believe are doing their best, considering it can get extremely busy. If there was better organization and workers assigned to a specific area behind the counter, with better communication, I think this issue could be resolved. Making it even more efficient for the workers and their patrons.
Friendly staff, always clean and service is fast. Food is consistent in that whatever you order tastes the same each time. Hamburgers are excellent, grape leaves are literally the best anywhere and I have had them everywhere! Only give 4 stars instead of 5 because Shawarma isn't #1 tasting in Windsor it's good but not great and lastly the sandwiches are smaller and amount of chicken or beef in a Shawarma sandwich is significantly less than other most popular Shawarma restaurants in Windsor. One if the best Halal food options in South Windsor.
I love this place! Prices are great and so are the staff. However, the quality of the food has gone done in the past few months. Also the people who are taking orders get confused when you tell them what topping to put in the shawarma and make mistakes but other than that, I would continue to come here!
