Great service! The gentlemen that came to replace my window were professional, clean and prompt, wore masks and even took their shoes off at my front door! They were great! Extremely satisfied.
Employee came out to provide quote and agreed to replace basement window panes of glass. Employee mentioned head office would call me with a quote, no one called. I called days later to follow up and was told they can’t do the replacement glass. I asked to discuss with manager, manager was very rude on the phone and said “take no for an answer” also said “knock yourself out” when I said that my reno will not be completed on time because of your company not doing what they said they would. Three employees told me 3 different answers. The tone of voice they speak to customers with was appalling.
Service was mediocre and prices were higher than the competition and sales rep didn't seem to care to help unlike the owner who is very helpful and passionate
