Gym is smaller than many other GoodLife locations HOWEVER, it’s made up for by the friendly knowledgable staff who give you the utmost quality of help and guidance. Yes the sign up fee is expensive, that’s out of their control. The trainers are so friendly and welcoming, really made me feel good when I applied and walk through each session. Ian specifically is a great trainer who takes his time with his clients and shows them the best ways to improve! Can’t complain one bit :)

I had a membership here and left for Xanadu on Manning road. Good life is dirty, and lacks basic cleaning by employees especially in bathrooms. The showers are very basic almost like a high school locker room and there are very few amenities at this goodlife. I highly suggest Xanadu due to the constant air exchange and the constant cleanliness of the facility and machines.

Nice equipment. Doing good job of cleaning during the pandemic. Hard to get in with all the restrictions.

Classes are good, equipment needs some updates. Spin bikes often need repairs. Wifi is not that great. And compared to other locations has very few amenities. Expensive for membership for what you are getting. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Poor management.
