I don't recommend to go to 'fix and go' in tecumseh mall. Its a iPad/phone/watch repair place. Got a call saying my ipad was ready. I got there to get it. The guy pulled out an ipad that wasn't even mine and i said this. He told me they changed the screen when they repaired it so i said ok , show me it works and my pictures. For over an hr of waiting, to make it short, he basically laughed in my face while he couldnt turn the ipad on, telling me just to wait. Once it turned on, none of my stuff was on it. Again just smirked and told his boss that i said i didnt believe him. Kept making calls, with no answers. Another half hr later of no proof, he finally pulled out my ipad (he had the wrong one the whole time) and it wasnt even touched yet. Nothing was labelled or organized anywhere, very careless and rude. So after awful customer service, I took it back and will be bringing it elsewhere.

How can they charge 250 for a screen repair when it's all knock off and my rogers warranty is less than that and has a work warranty & they don't? Tried to get it cheaper than sending it to rigers lol overpriced, no warranty on work!! No way!! In response to your reply- what's the point of going thru you to pay more than rogers warranty? Rogers has excellent customer service and the repairs are perfectly done and warrantied. There is absolutely no reason to go they you if you're charging more than the legit phone company. Get what I'm saying?? You're charging 250 yet the legit phone carrier is less than you and they use genuine parts wort warranty. Or if I go thru Google themselves it's 100% free...
