Dr Sweet is a caring, efficient doctor! I think the world of her and I’ve been with her since she opened her practice. Sandy, who runs the office is efficient and really tries to accommodate you. Dr Sweet listens to what you have to say and then discusses the possibilities. She’s honest and straight forward. She calls it the way it is. She has never hesitated to send me for tests or X-rays. She puts your mind at ease and doesn’t let things interfere with the facts. I highly recommend her!

She's an amazing doctor and her receptionist is amazing as well. Wait times are usually really low, I think the most I've ever waited was 30 minutes, and I think that's just because I was fit in between cause of a problem. She's also very good at getting you in when you need it, you don't have to wait weeks. She's patient and will listen to your concerns and has no problem sending you to a specialist if you need it.
Whoever is sitting at the receptionist at this location needs to have some manners to listen to the full thing someone trying to ask. First thing I asked was, Is doctor accepting new patients and she said NO and hung up right away. I wanted to ask if they accept walk-ins. I called back and asked if she hung up or it got disconnected and she said she doesn't know what happened. I understand you guys are busy and get asked same questions all the time but someone just moved to Windsor and is looking for family doctor. I didn't call to socialize about my life. Thanks
