If i could give 0 stars — i would. I was referred by my GP due to health issues, and waited MONTHS for this appointment. Booked it for the 21st of January & just recieved a phone call (its January 15th) saying i owe 100 dollars for a no show! Confused, i gave them a call immediately. The secretary was RUDE and told me she re-confirmed/reminded me of my appointment with dr.Tom in SEPTEMBER. Thats not an APPOINTMENT reminder, that was an initial booking. Who sends reminders the DAY they book & call it REMINDERS as well? Reminders are MONTHS before the appointment? AND! I was not informed that there was a 100 dollar noshow, OTHERWISE i would have called 2 weeks ahead to reconfirm my own appointment that i waited MONTHS for! AND they scheduled my appointment ON THE WRONG DAY! i was told the 21st; i have it written on my calendar & note pad! These people live in the stone age. We live in a world of technology, i.e. text message alerts for upcoming appointments. Maybe if his secretary wasn't 80 years old and rude, she would suggest it. And she quickly said, \we charge the 100 dollars because people KEEPS not showing up.\ Lady, there are people who have multiple kids, a job, maybe 2... if you had TEXT MESSAGE reminders NO ONE WOULD MISS THEIR APPOINTMENT! Its called: MONEY GRAB. no thanks!

I have been seeing Dr. Tomc for 18 years. He delivered my first born, detected abnormalities in my cervix at 30, kept me on as patient afterwards, 12 years later found another abnormality in my uterus and performed my hysterectomy 6 weeks ago. I honestly cannot say enough about this amazing doctor and his staff. Quick, efficient and always friendly. I think he has saved me more than once and am so grateful for him. Thank you and hands down the best in the city .
very honest and amazing Doctor, but his staff are not professional at ALL,. Staff are really rude and don't let you finish your sentence. They ae very uneducated and cut off patients when explaining things(disrespectful girls). women complaining in the waiting room about staff & that tells me they need to replace them.
Dr Tomc delivered my first born c-second and now 22 years later he did my hysterectomy. Both times were great experiences. He explain everything very thoroughly and everything went very well. Including recovery. What a great doctor. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Tomc did my stitches after delivery and I had a fistula.it was the worst experience of my life and I am still suffering for two years and it didn't heal.
