Only 4 months late delivering and installing commercial windows and doors. The worst experience ever. They delivered half the windows and doors either broken or wrong size. Then installed windows without a level and had to cut out and reinstall. Missed install appointments and broke into building because site super was not there. Unbelievable. Literally, every window and door has issues. Will be dealing with this company in court shortly regarding the mess they made of our building. Asked the owners to repair all issues and all they asked for was for payment in full before they would correct problems of incorrectly installed doors , incorrect delivered products from specified drawings, and leaking windows now that is rain season. HORRIBLE, SCANDALOUS, SHAMELESS, only way to describe product and everything about this nightmare company .... Tried to give local Windsor economy business as we are from Toronto but this experience is beyond description. What's worse is they threatened to lien our property and pursue legal action against us for the mess they created without correcting deficiencies.

They forgot the first appointment. 2nd appointment came unprepared. 3rd appointment they called to change the appointment to the flowing day. 4th appointment they cancelled as the ONLY employee able to handle mirrors was off on compassionate leave. 5th appointment. No show. No call...nothing. In the interum I received call from the company after the first failed appointment, where I was asked how the job went, and was I satisfied!! Really? I am horrified at the unprofessional attitude of this company
