This is first time I took a car for rent in canada and this guy SAM from this branch had given me a wonderful experience. The way he explained everything left me with no questions. And gave me the best car. I definitely suggest this if you wanna go on a trip and rent a car.

I booked a Cargo Van in Windsor online, and received my confirmation number almost a week ago. One hour before I was to pick it up I got a call that there were NO cargo vans available anywhere, but they could give me a mini cube van. I arrived 30 minutes later and there was no mini cube van. My choices were a pickup truck, a large cube van or a Toyota van with stowaway seats. None of them were appropriate for my needs and it was not what was confirmed online. Why would Discount give a confirmation on something they didn't have?! I went to UHaul instead and got exactly what I needed.
