Benjamin Moore is a great product and their rep was the best. When there was an issue with the paint colour these guys would not listen and or compromise at all. They were great until there was a problem. I’ll buy the product again for sure just not from decorating ideas.
To start with they are very poor on retail service. We were selling our house and ordered paint. And spent quite a bit of money by the way. Upon painting we ran short and went back they Provide us with more. We at that point wanted to finish up when noticed it was not the same Colour even when it dried. We called them back and even it sent them pictures to show them the Difference in the shade... and it was nothing but negativity and unwillingness to compensate in any way. She the woman would not listen or even tried to understand. She was very uninformed About customer service and how to support customers. VERY VERY sad to say on they’re part.
