I have been a member at Crunch for 3 years at the Lauzon location in Windsor. The staff have always been supportive in their attempt to keep the gym an enjoyable and a safe place to exercise and relieve stress. Covid has certainly made it a challenge for all health clubs. Health Unit guidelines are put in place to keep members safe. I believe the staff at Crunch has remained positive throughout this learning curve, work hard to keep the facility clean and sanitized and provide an excellent outlet for clients to workout in a safe environment. Lets all work together to wear our masks and sanitize the equipment to keep the gym open and keep us all happy and healthy.

Staff is great , facility is neat and clean and properly sanitised on a regular basis . Washrooms are clean . Huge workout area !

most gyms would understand that customers don't feel safe coming back. There job is to make you feel safe to want you to come back. So why would they still charge customers for maintenance fees when the gym was closed for 5 months. Did we all just pay for a closed gym. Good for crunch taking customers money during a pandemic. They should not charge customers for this year since we're all in this together. But not crunch. They have to steel our money during a pandemic. Shame on them. They need to refund all there customers back for maintenance fees when the gym was closed. You would think they build relationship with customers and understand the time were going threw. But yet there taking customers money for being closed. Let's see how many customers were charged mantaince fees for a closed gym, with half they year gone.
After the shutdown and after they opened up I got a bill saying a owe them 112.82 plus additional fees... haven’t used their gym since March. I’m not paying for an inconvenience, and I’m never going back to their gym again. Fit for less and good life out-do this gym by 10 fold. At least be on par with those gyms before you put that crazy thought in your heads trying to charge me for the 4 -5 months you were closed...lol Sincerely, never using your facility again
