Most Buildings in Meadowbrooke have cockroaches and HAVE had them for a long time. One fell from the ceiling in the hallway onto my face, thats how many there are. Its very obvious.

Do not rent here. They do not treat their tenants very nice and don't fix anything

Dont consider this place. The managers would seem nice at first but would try steal and take more money from you. It is an overall bad neighborhood which is why they are always vacant.

We've had nothing but good experiences with York management. The apartment we have is very spacious, was clean when we moved in, and the maintenance is always quick when we call. Bobby and Candace, the property supervisors, are very nice and made the move into this neighbourhood very pleasent. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. 5/5

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I am so ashamed of where I live I will not bring anyone here. I cannot wait till my lease is up.
