Absolutely horrible experience, especially during this COVID-19 times you think they would do everything they can to make the customer happy. I had 4 guys in my wedding party and they had 2 people working, we were the only ones in the store, the day we went to pick up our tuxes they completely messed up all the orders, and on top of that I had NO tux to pick up for my own wedding!! They did absolutely nothing to accommodate me for their mess up . I will never shop there again, the only reason I went there in the first place was because Montys was closed due to COVID-19, Merlots doesn’t exist anymore, they were 3rd-4th on my list of places to go and now I realize why.

Melanie went out of her way to make the experience personal and seems like a true professional . We valued her opinion and she was right. The boys looked great! We definitely recommend and will be back.
