Absolutely horrible experience! Hired them for a thorough deep clean as I’d been out of the country for 6 months. She sent 2 ladies who arrived without sufficient supplies, asking me to go to Walmart & get them paper towels, glass cleaner, bleach & a mop head! ( they did pay for these items ) Paid 375 & they didn’t clean or dust any of the ceiling fans or light fixtures. The back of my sofa still had cat hair on it. My kitchen counter hadn’t been touched nor anything on it, or the kitchen sink. They did not clean my toilet in the half bath or dust anything in it ( they only cleaned the floor as it’s off the kitchen ) They cleaned my windows but neglected that one. Dust bunnies were still on walls & ceilings ( I specifically asked for that to be cleaned as I was getting the house painted the following week ) Nothing hung on my walls had been dusted either. My main bathroom floor had not been washed nor the large mirror. I sent an email that evening with pictures attached asking for some sort of resolution, there was no response. I sent a follow up email 5 days later that again went unanswered! Obviously the owner could care less once your money has been accepted for a deep clean & they are not contracted on a regular basis. Don’t waste your hard earned money, hire another service!
