Can not say enough about the kind hearted and dedicated staff at the Chartwell Royal Marquis! Anne Marie, Jasna, Gloria, Anna, Lou-Ann, Tracy...and all the staff. You are a truly dedicated team, keeping us well informed and doing as much as possible to provide an enriching environment for our loved ones, making them feel supported even when we can't be there. Thank you for all you did today also, in making a celebration out of our 2nd Covid Vaccination!

Thank you Chartwell Royal Marquis for the care you have given to your residents, including my husband. All of you have gone above and beyond duty with everything that has happened during the last year as well as prior. You have done an amazing job and I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. I would recommend your residence to all. Please keep up the good work .
My mother has been a resident at the Royal Marquis for four years. I live out of town but visit monthly. When I walk in, the staff all know me. They fill me in on how mom’s doing. The residents sitting in the lobby are all friendly and happily chatting. You can tell it’s a safe and caring place to live. Recently mom has required extra care and the nurses worked with us to help arrange this. Mom regularly comments on how great and caring the staff are. She has her hair done weekly in their salon and Susan has gone above and beyond each week to make sure mom gets to the salon.
The staff I have encountered care deeply for the well-being of the residents, and work tirelessly to make them feel at home and engaged.
My son and I stayed here from December, 2019-February, 2020. It was excellent. The residents opened their arms to us and made us feel right @ home. Service was amazing. All staff there were friendly, kind and supportive. It was very impressive on all levels.
