I recently arrived in Windsor from Alberta. My truck was in a rear end accident that destroyed my tow hitch, tailgate, and bumper. I can’t drive with a broken leg and my grandson was driving. So impressed with how Mark and Jenn communicated with me. My truck was delivered home and so beautiful you would never have known how much trauma it had sustained. 3 days after it arrived home a tree fell during hurricane force winds.....on top of my truck and destroyed it. I cried. Mark again and Jenn were shocked to see it back in that condition. I think they cried for me. With some help and sagely advice navigating the insurance issues I am beyond grateful. Bravo Carstar for having the best staff helping me deal with this nightmare.

I called for a quote and it was about 15 minutes until closing and the guy stayed back about 5 minute after closing and finished off the quote for me and I will be using this place for my car. They were great!
I would love to extend my sincere gratitude to Mark, Jen and Dominic for yet another fantastic experience. Not only does my car look absolutely wonderful but these are 3 of the nicest, most professional, friendly and all around great people I have met in a very long time. I just had some work done by Carstar Windsor (North Service Rd location) for the second time - I can't say enough about their customer service and quality of work. Jen in the office is very knowledgeable and helpful, happy to answer all questions (even those I didn't know I had at the time!). The repairs done to my car both times were thorough and done to perfection - no detail was overlooked. They finished the work before expected completion deadline both times which is also excellent. I would recommend Carstar to anyone looking for repairs / service.
