No integrity, family business careless of employees, make yourself a favor avoid them
Quite possibly the worst place ive ever worked. Safety is a joke there, I was told multiple times by multiple different people while being trained that it was okay to go into the robots cell without it being locked out because othing would happen\ which is a lie, those machines could rip you apart if power is still going to them. My 2nd day a fork lift driver backed into a Parts bin at my work station which weighs well over a 1000lbs almost hitting me. After doing some research on the company and asking coworkers, ive found out that multiple people have died over the years. Employees and Upper management will treat you and talk to you like absolutle garbage, 4 Days into working there i still didnt know who my supervisor was. Work is terrible there and safety comes last. Also found out that somebody who has been there way longer than me was only making 12.50 an hour, meanwhile i just started and was making a dollar more. Dont work here, bad place to work and dangerous.
