I only rated this building as one star because I didn't have the option of going lower than that. I would never recommend this building to anyone interested in renting in Windsor, ON. I've had my rent payments \lost\, or \misplaced\ and was told that I never paid them at all ... once they tried to extort rent out of me 3 times in a month. Then I wised up and started sending them payments through certified mail. The elevator doesn't work 98% of the time, and they seem incapable of getting it fixed so you'll constantly be walking up and down 5 flights of stairs. Also, the tenants in this building are ignorant, arrogant and completely inconsiderate of anyone but themselves. The people living above me, for instance make loud banging noises all night long into the morning. Building management isn't on site, and they simply don't care if you file a complaint during their 'business hours' of 10am-5pm. You'll be charged to eserve\ your parking spot, but if someone else takes your so called paid, reserved parking spot, building management will be in no rush to have that car removed. I had someone just leave their car in my spot for days on end ... when I complained I was told I could go park out on the street for a bit ... even though you PAY them to reserve your spot. Essentially you're just giving these people money to be treated badly. Look to rent elsewhere.
