Went there to get popcorn a few months back. The lady at the front did not offer to help me. Another employee asked the lady to help me, but she still would not. The popcorn was stale. I've not had stale popcorn here in the past. I don't know if this is because covid may have slowed down their sales. The popcorn was definitely not fresh.

I ordered a cake for my brothers birthday, the guy who served me was really helpful and friendly! The cake was delicious and as I want it!

Received the worst customer service experience by the lady. She made the conversation as awkward as possible with her rude behaviour. Forget greeting us that’s probably too much to ask she did not ask if we needed the receipt. Felt as though we were asking her for a favour without paying a penny. We even went on to ask if we made any mistake by walking into the store since she was clearly annoyed Really disappointed. Love the ice cream but do not want to experience the same in store hence not going to this location. This has happened before with the same employee since it’s happening for the second time decided to write the review. Date: 25th Feb 2021 Time: 9:45pm

We ordered and paid 52 for a birthday cake for my son's first birthday. It was supposed to be gold medal ribbon. The half of the cake we served for our family celebration was vanilla ice cream. No chocolate or caramel. I called the store to complain and was told to bring the cake into the store. I returned to the store and was told there was nothing that could be done. What a waste of money. No manager was present but i was told they would call me. The manager did not call. The staff refused to tell me when to return so i could speak with management. My mother in law returned the next day to speak with management and was told they would do nothing. My mother in law told them to throw out the cake and left the store. No refund or replacement of a totally inferior cake. We will never return to Baskin Robbin to purchase a cake and we will be sure never to return to this location. I will also inform others not to waste their money on your cakes. An incredibly dissatisfied customer.
