I had visited Ardene at Windsor crossing twice in the past 3 days. It has been very difficult for me to make it there before they close because I get off work at 5-6 and they now close at 7. The other night I was able to get there at 630 and got to the counter a bit after 7. Before I checked out I went to the cash where a short lady with glasses was helping another customer. I asked if there were any bags so I can put my things in as I was carrying a lot of things she rudely shook her head, so I then placed my things on the counter away from her as she was helping another customer and I went to go find my friend. Before I even got back she had already been scanning and shoving my things in bags. I wanted to ask her the price difference between two heels to decide which one to get, she huffed and puffed and took everything out of the bags. I could understand her frustration as it was after closing time and maybe she was going through something personal but she just made me feel horrible. I had went back again today and exchanged something and the lady at the cash named Jess had made the process very simple and was very sweet. I shopped around for a bit and got to the cash again a couple minutes after 7:00 Jess was able to check me out and she was very informative, she looked up my email and saw that I was VIP which I completely forgot about. It was very thoughtful of her, she had great conversation and had me leaving with a smile. Thanks Jess

Only for 24 i love it. But due to cost constrait. But i. Future i definitly buy as soon as i got my first job . hope as soon as possible.. Love u
We needed some last minute orange shirts and were able to find them! The quality isn't always the greatest for the clothes but it is usually cheap!
My experience at Ardene Windsor outlet shop was really good.I was assisted by a young girl who was patient and extremely helpful. I wished I had asked her name but did let her know my gratitude as it's now rare to find people like her.
