Also Outlet at Windsor Crossings should be accepting people who have real mask exemptions in their stores. The RebelNews #MaskExemptionButton are used by people that have actual allowed exemptions as stated in the Reopening Act of Ontario mandate. We should not have to wear faceshields. Our exemptions buttons should be enough!!!

Went today (Wednesday, August 26th at 1pm) store is randomly closed with nobody answering phones, lights off. My GF needs shoes for a wedding tomorrow in which she is standing & matching, which she ordered in store and have since been shipped to this location. Called ALDO corporate service and was basically told they could refund me, but won't give me a manager or district manager's contact info. EDIT: I was able to get ahold of district manager Stephanie, who was able to contact her store manager who opened the store the next day - (still shut down with electrical issues) to get my GF her shoes just in time for us to leave for out of town wedding. I changed my review to a 5 star to reflect the care, professionalism, and commitment that the district and store manager showed us in dealing with an awkward situation. Thank you Stephanie!!!
Have been going to this store since they opened many, many year ago. The customer service was excellent, but in the last two years has gone down tremendously. Whenever I walk in staff refuse to assist me. They size you up based on whether they think you're going to buy something. As someone who has health issues and cannot buy many types of shoes, it usually takes me a while to find something suitable. I have been in there looking for shoes for over ten minutes and NO ONE asked me for assistance. I've seen other people walk right in the door and be helped. I regret that I did not take the names of the associates working. If this happens again, I will be making a formal complaint. Staff need to understand that they represent the company. You don't pick and choose who deserves good customer service. Very unnecessary and disappointing behaviour.
BAD customer service!! Wanted to try on pair of shoes and nobody was helping! didnt know which ones were staff or customers so decided to approach the cashier to get a size...the cashier responded by saying \ she is actually working the cash\ and didnt even get anybody to help me out!!!!
Good selection of shoes but took 30 minutes of standing around the store to get a size
