We got a personalized T-shirt and sweater as a Christmas gift for my mom. Walking in, we had no idea what we wanted. We have gotten custom prints from other places and the process felt rushed, and our designs turned out blurry and distorted. I am glad to say this was not the case here. They had the utmost patience with us throughout the whole process, whether it was choosing the proper fabric or creating the design. Good input for what will work best with the print. We were given lots of e-mails as to what the design looked like on the actual shirt before it was printed. This helped out a lot, we were able to change things up if needed (which we did several times), and had a really good idea of what the shirt/sweater was going to be before we got it. Was also able to save the design for future prints. It feels really high quality, and the print looks very vivid and clear. Thank you.

We went for a personalized gift, and they are very helpful and patient. They take your ideas into full account and provide there own personal feedback, from what kind of product you want (sweaters, patches etc.) To the whole design phase, all to make sure you get exactly what you want, and the end result is the best it can be. They where able to help my family and I come to a final decision and create a gift that I really think my mother will like. It was a full one-on-one experience with an amazing result. Everything ordered is extremely high quality and exactly as we discussed. I will definitely be a returning customer, and recommend it to anyone looking for personalized printing services, embroidery and more.

Very impressed with Accent Embroidery and their attention to detail when embroidering my sons baseball backpack and sweater. They accented the sweater with well pressed on vinyl number and letters!
