I want to thank the installer for doing a fabulous job in the resizing and installation of my my old blinds in my new addition. The installer was wonderful and provided some added help with rehanging a stain glass art piece in the window to better fit with the blind installation. I am very happy with the resizing of the old high quality binds.

I was very disappointed with my brief encounter with this company. Not only in the way that I felt I was dealt with over the phone, but I had selected the company because we had done business with them in the past, although more than 25 years ago. I called to get an appointment with a consultant at their store. I waited 3-4 days for a call back from one of their consultants to set up a meeting time. When I did not receive a call from the consultant I called the store. I spoke with someone who offered no apology for the lack of reply from the consultant. I did try to set up an appointment for 2 to 3 weeks in the future. I asked for a 5pm appointment. I felt that this business only wanted to accommodate me if I was able to come to the store no later than 4pm. Should people have to take time off work to get an estimate? As we continued the process to book an appointment I was not getting a good feeling from the person I was speaking with. At that point, I thought if I am feeling this way by just talking to someone on the phone, why would I want to do business with them. I told the person I was speaking with that it appeared that a 5pm appointment could not be accommodated so I was going to pass on getting an estimate from them.
