This company sends out marketing by spamming phone numbers with fax messages. I get 4 calls a day - some at 3am. Poor marketing practises - please don’t support companies like this by giving them your business. The other reviews on this company are clearly fakes.

I made several calls looking for estimates to replace 2 windows. I was disappointed to find that multiple companies did not even return my calls, emails, contact form submissions, etc. While I can't be certain the reason, I believe it was because the job was small. WindowRama not only answered my call, they provided a quote within 24 hours. Of the 3 quotes I finally received, WindowRama had, by far, the best price on a quality product. Andre has been helpful and responsive throughout the process. Because I do not live at the house, he offered to go by and measure from the outside so that I wouldn't have to drive over. The windows were ordered, and installed in a timely fashion. I will definitely use these guys again when I am ready to do the rest of my house.
Untrustworthy and disorganized.
There were actually two jobs involved. The first one was to replace the front awning windows that were on our front porch. The house is 75 years old and someone had put these in to replace the original screens and done a terrible job. The owner came out and gave an estimate on the energy efficient windows. The crew arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up and we were so impressed that we went ahead and had the rest of the windows replaced. I am impressed as to how much warmer the house is and that we don't get air leaks anymore. The windows look great and we are already getting lower power bills.
I hired Windowrama to replace 14 windows in a house remodel. The sales guy did a great job of explaining my options on window lines and even came back the next day with samples of the selected window line. The install crew did a fantastic job of removing the old windows, installing the new windows, and trimming out the new windows. They gave me lots of choices on how to trim out the new windows and their work was super high quality. We had a couple of issues come up with the install. I ordered casement windows for two large bay windows and a few of the casement windows came hinged on the wrong side. Paul, the general manager of the shop, instantly took care of this mistake and ordered replacement windows at no cost. As soon as they arrived, his crew was on-site to take care of the problem. This was a big order and his response was exactly the response I was hoping to receive. I could not have been happier with Windowrama.
