Honestly, I am very disappointed with the food at Wind cries Mary. I ordered the 14.00 fusilli Mac & Cheese that came out looking and tasting like it was straight from the Kraft box. We also ordered the local meat Charcuterie at 29.00 with an added extra of 25.00 for the local cheeses. The Charcuterie came out looking like something you could pick up at superstore for a fraction of the price. I kept quite against my friend’s recommendations and ate the fusilli Mac & cheese but only due to the fact that I was completely famished. But after taking one look at the sad 54.00 Charcuterie we immediately sent it back. Not once did the staff ask why weren’t happy with the Charcuterie nor did they offer any apologies after we asked for it to be taken away. For a restaurant thats menu is as pricey as it is I would have expect a lot more with regards to their over priced food and the lack of customer service.

Talk about a hidden gem; just a few stairs down in bastion square is this charming, modern spot. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food is creatively curated. We have been thrilled with each dish we have ordered. The wine selection is enviable and the craft cocktails are to die for (try the smoked old fashioned!) We have had the most amazing service from Raven both times we've been here. I would highly recommend checking them out!
Amazing food, great service and awesome vibe that has a cozy feeling. The menu has many choices (locally sourced), and the cocktails are fantastic. The old fashion was one of the best I’ve had. Will go back again!

My party went here for a meal on a Saturday night. It is a nice cozy place with a good layout, they have the appropriate safety precautions in place for COVID. We started out with a round of cocktails and everyone enjoyed what they had, I particularly enjoyed the penicillin. We had the dine around menu with an extra order of the tater tots which I highly recommend. According to the staff their menu is seasonal and rotating depending on what produce is available locally. The food that we was fantastic, it was for dine around so I can assume it won't be a part of the regular menu but everything in the meal was amazing. Great flavors and cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this place a great night out.

If you want to hang out with the rich kids of Victoria and eat deep fried broccoli for 13, eat here. Otherwise other food options in this city are numerous and infinitely better.
Incredible experience at this spot! The West coast Southside cocktail was everything my dreams could've been for a cocktail. The chicken was delicious and crispy with the tastiest sauce. We'll be back!
