After each loss of my father,mother,brother and sister my family and I were in need of the services of Hulse, Playfair& McGarry in Winchester. Mark & Pam were considerate,respectful and sensitive in every way while helping us deal with all matters concerning our loved ones passing. From the beginning to the end , including all the necessary paperwork their knowledge and expertise comforted and brought calmness to an otherwise overwhelming experience. I thank them from the bottom of my heart and will never forget the many ways they went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend their services to all dealing with the death of a cherished love one.

My spouse recently passed away and we had the pleasure of working with Hulse, Playfair and McGarry on arranging the funeral service and cremation. Under 30 years old, I'm not exactly familiar with any of these processes but the staff were very clear and helpful in walking me through everything that needed to be done. I was also given exceptional financial advice on what options we had and eligibility for long term government assistance that I otherwise would have been completely in the dark on. While funeral homes are not something you can exactly \shop around\ for, I can not recommend Hulse, Playfair and McGarry enough as they were extremely accommodating and helpful during my difficult times.
Thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond! You were so compassionate and understanding during such a difficult time! I would not hesitate to recommend Hulse Playfair & McGarry to anyone that’s suffered a loss and needs funeral arrangements or memorial services ! Thank you again for all your support!

Absolute worst funeral home in Canada. Paid for funeral in full. They started calling adding charges on as the days went until several months later calling demanding 800 more dollars. Absolutely filthy and unconscionable company. DO NOT USE THEM.
