Best service ever! Long story short, looking for a tall size bike. No stock anywhere. Phoned at 3pm, and Josh said he had one just in, but still in the box. But he put it together while we drove up and had it ready. Was super friendly and chill and made time to swap and adjust parts to fit it perfect. He did this while simultaneously (And kindly and gently) managing his employees some of who were still on their first day. It was super impressive seeing his balance and feeling like he actually cared, even right at the very end of the day. 9 out of 5 stars. Would fully buy there again, but probably won’t need to since he sold us a good bike.

Josh and his staff were very helpful in providing me with an awesome ride (Norco Sight) and great ideas for where to ride in the area. Temps were in the high 30's so the heat was off the charts but the trails were mostly in the trees and I managed to get in a great climb/cross country on Upstream followed by Manderland/Spooner for a great ride down. Would definitely recommend stopping into the shop for any biking needs.

visited Christina lake with my family a few weeks back, I rented the tandem kayak to take my son out on the water. The girl at the shop was very friendly and the lady helped fit my son for a life jacket. The fella with the blue truck even met us at the beach before and after. thank you

Went there to rent 2 paddle boards for half a day with delivery to the beach. We were halfway filling out our form when another employee came up and announced to the other guy he was taking a paddleboard out for the day himself. A couple mins later when he heard we were renting with delivery he said the delivery guy was sick so we could not rent the boards. We thought that was odd considering he was clearly taking one out himself. If he is an employee I would be really unimpressed as the owner because clearly they can do delivery but didn’t want to and that’s lost revenue to the business. If he’s an owner then he’s not very entrepreneurial or customer centric. Hope he enjoyed his paddle today..
