I absolutely love Wild at Heart!! My cat has a lifelong lung condition that could flair up at any time and possibly kill her. So, I looked into a raw food diet and found Wild at Heart! They were extremely knowledgeable and assisted me (a beginner) on how to transition to raw. They have provided me with amazing service and their location, if you choose to pick up your order, is a beautiful property. My cat is now healthier than she's ever been!! Love you all!

I find the products from Wild at Heart to be high quality and a great variety of options. Kerry the manager has been extremely professional, accommodating and flexible to our needs and requests. The delivery drivers have been super friendly, professional and very dog-centred. The online order system is easy to navigate and reliable and we are thrilled to get reward points! We have had nothing but superior product and service from Wild at Heart and our dog loves our delivery gal! P.S. They have adapted really well with the COVID situation and kept operating reliably and safely in relationship to their employees and customers. So thank you!

My almost 5-year-old dog just had her latest annual "Wellness Exam". The result? Her smiling vet described her as "muscular", "a perfect weight" and - the best - "very athletic". Frances has been on a raw diet since we rescued her more than 4 years ago and Wild at Heart has been our "partner" in that from the very beginning. They have helped me make informed decisions, worked with me to adjust the menu when appropriate, address any concerns and keep a happy dog...well, HAPPY! They are lovely, caring people and their service is absolutely excellent. I wish everything in our lives worked nearly as well.
'Use by' dates refer to safety and are the required form of date mark for foods considered to be highly perishable from a microbiological point of view. This largely means fresh and chilled foods, such as raw meat, poultry, fish, etc. At the least, displaying the date packaged is important to ensure consistent quality and safe results for customers.
I have been using Wild at Heart for a few years, they have a huge selection of dog and cat food. Their delivery service is second to none, always on time in all weathers - when I was sick they carried my order inside for me and of course there is always a treat for my two dogs. A perfect service!
I will never order my raw food from anywhere else. Quick and prompt delivery, the lady delivering is always so pleasant. She remembers our dogs names and allergies, and comes with a treat they can have. Highly recommend!
