I have used their services 3 times in the last 11 years we have lived in our home and can say that all the technicians have been outstanding. Furnace failed on the coldest day of year and it was back and running in less than 2 hours. Pricing was fair. Ryan did a great job and made sure that all was good before he left.

Long story short, our furnace stopped working and another company came in and told us we needed a new furnace for 8,000. I contacted Wightman, who sent Dwight out, to provide us with a second opinion. Turns out, he fixed the problem for about 100.00! He was extremely informative and trustworthy, and we couldn't be happier with contacting Wightman. Will definitely do so in the future! Thank you

We have used Whitman mechanical several times over the years and nothing but outstanding service . Im not always quick to praise or recommend a company because there is always issues , but I can't say one bad thing about Whitman they are always top notch . Ryan came to our rescue when our furnace stopped working came late at night after our call , he is an absolute professional, figured out the problem in minutes very friendly, and was determined to fix it that night . I highly recommend this company to homeowners and contractors without hesitation. I've been in construction for 25yrs and I know an outstanding company when I see it and you will to , a friendly personality and professional ability goes a long way , thanks to Ryan and Whitman mechanical!! I was very impressed with the service from Wightman Mechanical. The receptionist who booked the appointment along with the mechanic Ryan (who attended on a weekend) were both very professional and understanding to my situation. Ryan was very thorough and made sure our pool heater was working before he left. He also checked in with me over the next couple days to make sure it continued to work. The level of service he provided was over and above what I was expecting. I would highly recommend this company and thank you to Ryan for providing outstanding service.
