On Nov 23rd I purchased two tickets for the Paul Brandt Journey Tour concert. The concert was scheduled for Feb 18 2019 and this was my daughter's Christmas gift. The day of she realized the concert had been cancelled. I tried calling Wicked Seats, however it was Family Day so was not expecting a response. However, later that day the manager (Terry Craig) returned my call and apologized about the cancelled concert. He offered a full refund for the tickets I had purchased as well as tried to find us replacement tickets for a show in St. Catharines later that week. My email was also responded to by Marvin. He was very helpful throughout this process as well. The refund was issued very quickly. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely use Wicked Seats again!
