We have watched with interest the construction of Miramar Village by Bosa Properties and can commend them on the professionalism of the workers on site. All safety protocols seemed to be followed at all times. The grounds were neat and tidy at the end of each day which was important to us being on the back side of the new towers. They also promptly dealt with a spotlight on a landscaping tree that needed to be redirected away from the condo units immediately adjacent. Thank you Bosa for being good neighbours.

I had the pleasure of seeing my beautiful new home with Tina at the Miramar Village this past week. Tina and her team were fantastic at helping me out. From coordinating my transition to showing me where I will be living for the foreseeable future... my beautiful new home with Bosa. If you are looking to buy a new home you would want everything to be right and have it handed to you just like Bosa and their team do. Great Job Tina and team!
As a buyer of this property, I have to say that I am quite disappointed in the quality and services which BOSA provides. The building has many design flaws both in my suite and underground parking area, my guess is that they used many new contractors to cut down the cost, but the work they delivered is nowhere near the two old buildings they built 15 years ago, plus some materials they used are not as premium as they branded. About the customer service, here is my story. I filed a deficiency claim during my walk-in inspection 1 month ago, the girl in the customer service said all issues have been dealt with, but today when I checked my suite, none of the them has been fixed! I still can't believe they lied to a home owner who just moved in. Shame.
4 Star building.. 3 Stars for the parking lot height..
Beautiful area with lots to explore and fulfill all your needs. Only a 3 because traffic is a nightmare on the small streets and seems to be a number of individuals who belive they are entitled! Alot of construction as well
