Writing as a 6 year tenant of the delightfully located Bayview Gardens, I would like to compliment Lesa's current in house management team and their smooth handling to date of the potential stresses & limitations brought by the worldwide viral problem. I would particularly like to thank team member Kevin Chaisson for his pragmatic, cheerful attitude, and prompt astute appraisals of the many unpredictable circumstances presented by such a diverse grouping of buildings, contractors and tenants! Kevin seems to have acquired a wealth of building know-how and hands-on street smarts that is understated but invaluable, IMHO. In summary - The smoothly running, efficient, clean and friendly environment built by the Realstar team has made living here a sincere pleasure. Almost like being in the Maritimes...
