After much research, we decided to store our items with indoor storage due to the great reviews and great pricing. It's also comforting to know that they take security and access permissions seriously. Great service and staff as well. Highly recommended!
Terrible unreliable service. We intended to store the trailer there and first time called month in advance to confirm the space availability and the process. We were told everything is done over the phone no problem. We called a week in advance, again, we were advised not to come in person. Three days before, my husband sent email to confirm the date we are bringing the trailer, and what happened if we are late for regular hours. We got written answer that no problem we would be given the code to enter facility. We specifically asked if we should come over to take a look at the facility and to sign the contract. Today, I called them again that we will be late, if they want to do the contract over the phone. The answer is: we cannot do it, they don’t give the code if there is no contract, and it cannot be done over the phone. When I asked what do they suggest I do now, they simply hung up on me saying they cannot repeat it over and over again that nothing could be done. Update: From the owner response: This person simply showed up at a closed business and expected access even though they are NOT a current customer. Very dishonest people. There is no need to lie. We never showed up. After the phone call at 10 am it was crystal clear we wouldn't be the customers.
