I have used Bullet Proof Your PC (Mark) few times to replace HDD on my computers and every time result was great! No major issues only handling ( dropping off - picking up) was a bit less convenient, but mostly because of nature of our business, our pick-up/delivery service preference, my location and timing but mutually was resolved and accommodated. I recommend Mark and will go back for my future needs.

My computer had 2 viruses that stopped my computer working. Mark replaced the hard drive. Reinstalled windows 10 and to new hard drive. It’s now virus free running as fast as before ! I have minecraft with 22 mods. Thought all was lost. Mark managed to move it from my old virus ruined hard drive to my new hard drive all intacked ! 4 years of building save !!! Thank you Mark ! Reasonably priced and great work !
I cannot say enough good things about Mark I thought my data was lost forever on my old clunker. Mark took the time to explain how he would fix the problems in a way that I could understand. He was able to retrieve everything and add to my laptop. I tried twice to upgrade to windows 10 but each time it failed for me, Mark installed that for me too and again patiently gave me a crash course on the ins and outs of the windows 10 operating system of which I love btw. I highly recommend his services to all, I found Mark to be extremely courteous, kind and above all highly skilled and knowledgeable.
