I have bought 3 industrial walking foot sewing machines from Peter and he has always provided fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. The 3rd machine was purchases fall of 2020 and is from Mechanics Choice. This one is amazing as it is computerized with programmable features that allow for needle up/down setting, auto trim, back stitch beginning and end of seam and many other features. I love this machine and it was very cost effective. The features save me a lot of time. Thanks Peter for all your assistance. I highly recommend Whitby Sewing Machine.

Called in to inquire about purchasing a new machine as my 30 year old Kenmore tightened up at a crucial time. Peter suggested keeping the machine even if I decided to buy a new one and promised to make it sing again. I was skeptical and thought it would have been done once he opened it. WOW with a giant smile was my response when I heard it going. I don’t know what he did but my machine has never been that smooth and quiet while operating. Peter went above and beyond going through what he did and showing me some tips for better productivity while sewing. He was awesome. He took his time to explain and was very thorough without being pushy; excellent teaching skills. Peter is funny, warm and welcoming. Wow what great service this is a person who cares about his skill not only did he service my sewing machine but took the trouble to go over the working of the machine and gave me so many tips on using my sewing machine more effectively. If you need service on a sewing machine or serger this is the place to go.
I recently inherited an old Kenmore sewing machine that wasn't working well. Sewing repair services near my home estimated a five week turn around time for a tune up.
