I have called for 3 days now and no one will answer the phone at the pharmacy. I am literally DISGUSTED with this place. The phone answers with an automated message that makes you listen for EVER about covid 19 which has NOTHING to do with me filling my prescriptions. They will not allow me to refill them online due to what some of them are so I HAVE to rely on them answering the phone. I got customer service who then transfers me to pharmacy who never answers the phone. Was on hold 20 minutes and they hung up on me. Called back to customer service who transfers me again where I wait 20 minutes with no answer. Now I am forced to go without my medication because they literally are refusing to answer the phone. Dangerous and not acceptable at all.

Located in the Kendall Wood Mall , this is a good size Shopper's, Well stocked easy to navigate aisles, and friendly cashiers , I did not use their pharmacy. loads of parking here.

What happened to customer service? Visited your store today and told to use self checkout or wait for cashier to come back to checkout. Waited about 10 minutes still no cashier. This store has self checkouts shoulder to shoulder and not sanitized after use. The only covid protocol is arrows on floor. Really disappointed always had good service until self checkout. For the high prices we pay at Shopper's we deserve a real person at checkout. Will not be returning.

The staff aren’t smart and not nice. They don’t scan my PC Optimum Card. Very bad service. Besides, the staff didn’t wear mask when they talked to customer. They are so dirty. Even the cosmetic lady didn’t wear mask also. I really don’t have mood to buy their stuffs. Make me feel sick. I will not go back in the future. (Date : Dec 26, 2020 Time: 5:52 pm).
