We had New Hong Kong for Christmas Eve's dinner. The customer service was great, they had 3 or 4 people on the phones and about 15 people cooking and preparing orders in the back. The food was pretty tasty but not as spicy as I had hoped for some of the dishes. Overall the quality and quantity was good and I would go back. Good value for your money.

Woah! So glad we tried New Hong Kong! Thank you for the delicious meal, the fried rice and noodles were simply amazing. Wonderful smokey wok flavour, just as it should be! We will be back :)
I'm not going to lie the food is usually decent at this restaurant the problem is communication I ask the person on the phone if there was any pork inside their egg rolls (me and my family do not eat pork) they told me that there is no pork in there egg rolls then when I got home the egg rolls had pork in it... Right after I noticed there was pork in the egg rolls I tried calling them back and they did not pick up and was closed for over 3 weeks.. now they open up finally and I go to place my order and they told me too bad we will not replace that Me and my family have been here numerous times and for them not to give me what I was owed is very disrespectful and I will not be spending my money there again Be careful when you order with these guys because there is a huge communication problem and on top of that they are not willing to fix their mess-ups Just finished our order and everybody agrees the lemon chicken tasted old maybe from a canceled order very disappointed
First time ordering at this restaurant. Food is pretty good but our fried rice was really hard and I mean hard grains. I hope it's better next time we order !
